The episode begins with Angad imagining his family confronting him. In his dream, Ritik reminds him that he once admired Angad for leaving everything behind for his true love, Vrinda, but now calls him a fugitive running away from his responsibilities. Ritik orders him to leave the house. Munni tearfully questions why he abandoned Vrinda and begs him to leave her life forever. Saloni supports Munni, while Hemant blames Angad for destroying everything and asks Ritik to throw him out. Just as Angad pleads for one chance to speak to Vrinda, his dream suddenly ends.
Back in reality, Angad, disguised as AV, wakes up shouting. The family gathers around him in concern. Aarav happily tells everyone that AV has come because of him, while Dev asks Aarav to calm down. Mitali greets AV, and Angad realises that Akshay has already met him. Karthik warmly invites AV to stay and be a part of his engagement celebrations, but AV politely refuses and says he should leave. Aarav, however, insists that he stay a little longer. AV excuses himself and heads to the washroom.
Inside the washroom, Angad removes his mask and breaks down in tears. Haunted by his past mistakes, he regrets losing everything. The reality that Vrinda is getting engaged to Karthik shatters him emotionally. He washes his face and tries to compose himself, but his pain becomes impossible to hide.

Elsewhere, Dev worries about Aarav, while Mitali urges him to stop the engagement. Dev refuses, saying the engagement should go ahead and promises to discuss the matter with her later.
Aarav checks on AV, who assures him that he is fine. Angad silently worries that someone might recognise him despite his disguise. As they return to the function, Aarav happily imitates AV’s unique walking style, making everyone smile.
Determined to grab Karthik’s attention, Mitali uses one of her old tricks and deliberately falls into AV’s arms after bumping into him. However, AV remains completely indifferent and walks away. Mitali excitedly asks Dev if Karthik noticed the incident, but Dev teasingly replies that AV has no interest in her. Mitali clarifies that she was asking about Karthik, not AV.
As the celebration continues, Karthik says he feels honoured to have AV as a guest. AV once again says he should leave because he did not bring a gift. Aarav then requests AV to sing a song for his beloved Massi. AV hesitates, unwilling to draw attention to himself. Aarav asks Vrinda to convince him, but she refuses, saying no one should be forced to do something against their wishes. Karthik also requests Vrinda to think about Aarav’s happiness, but she remains firm in her decision.
