At this juncture, Narmada and Rajji enter the room and taunt Lajwanti. Lajwanti, in turn, retorts by reminding Rajji of the family’s collective opposition to her, which pleases Mogra. Rajji confidently asserts that this misunderstanding will soon be rectified. She also addresses Mogra and Lajwanti concerning the locker. Both Narmada and Rajji then remind them of the remaining time to return their jewelry before departing. Mogra expresses distress and sadness. Lajwanti informs Mogra that she comprehends her concerns but reassures her that she will secure the ten lakh rupees.

Our take: Narmada’s plan to give Dheeraj a baang laddu to make him understand Rajji’s pain is a good idea, but we’ll have to wait and see if it works out for her or if Rajji ends up bearing the brunt of Dheeraj’s anger. Rajji and Narmada’s approach to Lajwanti is great, and we hope their plan works out and the truth about Mogra and her family comes out.
