The episode starts with Koyal telling Heer about transport strike and Heer calls Buzzo for the help but they didn’t find any transportation. Heer brings a tractor for Nawab and she tells Buzzo and Koyal to lift Nawab. Heer starts driving the tractor and she risks everything to save Nawab. Heer tells Nawab to open his eye and this way she brought Nawab to the hospital. Nawab gets admitted and the doctor starts the treatment. Nawab starts responding but the doctor keeps him under observation and the doctor tells Heer she has saved Nawab. Heer request Nawab to get up and Nawab holds Heer’s hand.
Heer brings Nawab with the help of Jimmy and Gulab gets worried to see Nawab. Daler tells Richa and Jimmy to take Nawab and she starts confronting Heer what happened in the college. Heer tells everyone that a girl brought fish for her and unfortunately Nawab eat the tiffin. Gulab asks Heer why she didn’t stop Nawab eating fish when she knows about the fish allergy and Heer tells everyone she doesn’t know that Nawab has eaten the fish. Daler blames Heer for every trouble in Nawab’s life but she knows that it was Nimrat and Daler starts taunting Heer. Daler humiliates Heer and Heer tells Daler to shut up. Heer tells Daler she will be more painful to see Nawab in danger because she is his Gulab says she is a maid. Dilip tells Daler that Nawab is responsible and Heer is innocent. Dilip tells Daler to end this topic and Daler tells Dilip that Heer is responsible for everything so she tells Heer to get out. Dilip and Anmol stops Daler but Daler keep pushing Heer and Heer tells Daler she will not go anywhere because it’s her home. Daler tells Heer she is not Brar so she doesn’t deserve to stay here and Daler keep pushing Heer. Dilip tells Daler she is doing wrong but Daler is in the mood to thrash Heer and Gulab is enjoying the humiliation. Heer tells Daler she can’t throw her out from the house and Heer keep watching Dilip and Gulab. Daler closed the door.
Gulab asks Nawab to get up and Anmol gives the medicine of Nawab. Gulab is worried because Nawab is still unconscious and Gulab tells Anmol that an evil eye has damaged their happiness. Nawab starts taking Heer’s name and Gulab ask Nawab to get up but Nawab keep asking for Nawab.

Heer tells Dilip that sometimes a patient gets allergic from the surrounding and the people. Daler asks Dilip why they need a nurse and Dilip tells Daler that Nawab needs a professional nurse. Gulab doubts nurse and Heer goes to Nawab. Heer kisses on Nawab’s forehead and Heer tells Nawab to wake up. Nawab open his eyes and asks Heer why she is wearing a nurse outfit. Nawab tells Heer to speak the truth and Gulab tells Nawab she will tell the truth. Gulab tells Nawab that Daler has thrown Heer from the house and now she has created a trouble for them. Heer tells Gulab she has told lie from the beginning and Gulab tells Heer she is fed-up with her. Gulab asks Nawab how she will handle everything and Nawab tells Gulab to calm down. Nawab tells Heer that it’s not his mom’s fault and Heer asks Nawab who has made her maid in front of Daler. Nawab tells Heer that his mother is doing her best and Heer tells Nawab they are getting separate day by day. Nimrat makes the entry which creates questions on Heer’s mind.
