The episode begins with Dubey telling Aparajita that she should submit a resignation letter with Rakshit’s signature to the HR department; only then will her resignation be accepted. Aparajita tells Malti that she has to go to the office because they want an official resignation. Malti praises Rakshit in her mind. She tells Aparajita to go.
After some time, Aparajita reaches the office. Ira tauntingly says Aparajita really doesn’t give up. Aparajita says she came to give an official resignation. Ira gets happy hearing this. She says it’s best for her, Aparajita, and Rakshit.
On the other side, Aradhya tells Vivaan that his love gave her courage and she broke her engagement. Vivaan says he will fight against the whole world for their love. He says now he can talk to her family about their love. Aradhya stops him. She asks him to wait for some time; otherwise, everyone will think she left Rohan for Vivaan. Vivaan agrees to wait. Aradhya gets happy that she can settle with a rich guy.

Vivaan chats with Aradhya. Sudha notices him and asks him whether someone is in his life. Vivaan asks her whether she will like his choice. Sudha says Vivaan’s choice should not be like Aparajita’s; that’s it. She goes inside. Aradhya laughs seeing her phone. Malti tells Aradhya to talk to Rohan and resolve the fight. Aradhya refuses.
Rakshit tells Aparajita that she can leave after three months. He informs her about the notice period. Aparajita tells him that’s not possible. Rakshit tells her that she can’t take advantage of him anymore. Because she gave resignation to their friendship too. And all the employees are the same for him. Aparajita gets hurt hearing this. Rakshit tells her he can’t help her. Aparajita cries and leaves from there. Rakshit is not able to breathe. He calls Malti, but she ignores his call.
Later, Vivaan visits Aradhya’s house. Aradhya gets shocked seeing him in her house. Malti knocks on the door, who has returned from the market. She gets happy seeing Rohan there. Aradhya tells Vivaan to hide.
Ira calls Sudha and tells her that Rakshit fired Aparajita. Sudha gets relieved that Rakshit listened to her finally.
Dubey gives water to Aparajita, and he informs Rakshit about it. He tells Aparajita that three months will pass soon. Aparajita says she would not have signed the contract if she had known about the notice period rule then. He motivates Aparajita using Rakshit’s lines. Aparajita praises Dubey. She says Rakshit should learn something from Dubey. Rakshit thinks it’s difficult to hurt Aparajita.

Precap: Aparajita tells Rakshit that she never took advantage of his friendship. And she will serve the three-month notice period. Later, Aparajita tells everything to Rashmi. Rashmi asks whether Rakshit ever talked to Aparajita in that manner earlier. She also knows why Aparajita is feeling bad. And this is friendship or something else.
Our take: Aradhya is doing wrong with both Rohan and Vivaan. Hope she gets exposed soon. Rakshit got an idea to execute his plan, and this may help Aparajita realize her love for him.
