The episode starts with Arambhi explaining the importance of a mangalsutra for a married woman. She says that, for her, the mangalsutra represents the ten years she dedicated to her marriage and the love with which her son was born. She says that she married Vishwas, maintained relationships with everyone, and stayed in the house for the sake of her son and family. Arambhi tells Avantika that she and Vishwas have stooped to a low level. She says she now understands why Avantika stayed in the house and why Vishwas kept coming to meet her.
Avantika asks Arambhi if she is becoming a doctor to be like her. Arambhi replies that she never wants to become like Avantika and that she is becoming a doctor for her son so that no one can snatch him away from her. She says that she felt bad when she learned about Avantika’s affair with her husband, but she thought that perhaps Avantika truly loved Vishwas and did not want to lose him. However, Arambhi says that Avantika crossed all limits by trying to harm her son and that she is neither a good human being nor a good doctor.
Avantika says that whatever she does is for her love. Arambhi responds that it is not love because Avantika’s love has turned her into a demon. She says that she will expose Avantika and that once Vishwas learns how she tortured her son, he will throw her out of the house. Avantika then smiles and shocks Arambhi by revealing that Vishwas himself was part of the kidnapping plan.

Avantika continues by saying that Vishwas hates Arambhi so much that he can go to any extent, even using his own son. She tells Arambhi that if she does not trust her, she can go and question Vishwas directly. Arambhi says that she will expose Avantika with evidence. Avantika replies that she is ready to go to jail but reminds Arambhi that Vishwas loves her.
Arambhi says that she does not care and that she will expose both the affair and the kidnapping. Avantika mocks her and says that she has no evidence against Vishwas and that nobody will believe her even if she tells the truth. She claims that Arambhi’s in-laws will call her mentally unstable and accuse her of blackmailing them for money. Avantika further says that a woman like Arambhi will never get Vihaan’s custody and will lose her son. Arambhi is left shocked by her words.
Avantika then says that she will inform Vishwas that Arambhi knows about their affair and the kidnapping truth, allowing them to meet openly. She challenges Arambhi to tell everyone the truth if she wants. Determined to protect Vihaan, Arambhi decides to handle the matter carefully and wisely.
