The episode starts with Noina telling Mitali she doesn’t want to do business with the Virani’s and Mitali asks Noina what’s the problem doing business with the Virani’s. Noina reminds Mitali to remember the past and Mitali tells Noina to forget the past and think about the future because her future is Karthik Patel. Mitali tells Noina not to create any obstacles between her and Karthik.
Dev tells Hemant not to refuse and Hemant tells Dev that everything is not money. Dev tells Hemant to think about humanity and think about Vrinda. Dev tells Hemant that Karthik is going out of the way to help them and he tells Hemant to think about Vrinda. Dev tells Hemant to say yes for Vrinda’s sake and he reminds Hemant that Vrinda is living her life alone.
Karthik tells Hemant to give them a chance and Hemant agrees to do this project for Vrinda. Karthik calls everyone in the conference room and Dev gets successful in his plan. Vrinda gets a call from Akshay regarding his fees and she accidentally collides with Mitali. Vrinda is shocked to see Mitali and Mitali asks Vrinda to stop following her. Vrinda tells Mitali they are here to work and Mitali is interested in talking with her.

Meanwhile Karthik starts the meeting and he throws a party so that everyone gets together for the business. Hemant and Noina hesitates but Dev and Mitali tells Karthik they will definitely come. Noina and Mitali leaves followed by Virani’s and just then Dev tells Hemant they have to see the new plot. Dev plans to leave Vrinda and Karthik alone so that they give time and Vrinda wants to go but Ritik tells Vrinda to go home. Hemant thinks how will Vrinda go home and Karthik tells Hemant he will drop Vrinda. Hemant likes the idea and he allows Karthik to drop Vrinda.
Mitali is excited about the dinner and she sits in the car. Mitali gets jealous to see Vrinda and Karthik together going on a car. Mitali thinks this time she will not let Vrinda take over Karthik.
AV goes for the interview in the radio station and the rj asks AV why he wears the mask. AV answers that he is a singer and everyone loves his voice. Rj asks AV why there is a pain in AV’s voice and AV answers the pain is his. Then Rj asks AV to sing a song and Vikash thinks that today they are screwed because AV hasn’t composed the song. AV starts singing the song and Rj wants AV to sing a new song because they are promised by their listeners for a new song.
Karthik turns the radio and Vrinda learns that AV is going to sing a new song.
The Rj insists AV to sing the song and Karthik asks Vrinda to answer him.
The episode ends.
