The episode starts with Farid offering a job to Seher. He suggests her to do her MD while working under him. Seher asks him why he is offering her this job? Farid tells her he is happy to see her fulfilled her mom’s wish. He genuinely want to see her achieving something big. He can share his experience and knowledge with her. Another one reason may be selfish. He can’t live without Amal. If Seher work in Lucknow he can meet Amal often. He miss her a lot. Seher tells him that Amal is stubborn child. She created a scene once he tried to meet her. She doesn’t know how she will react now?
Farid says, it has been 7 years though they are not ready to move on forgetting their past. Seher tells him she can’t forget the past. Those people killed her innocent mom. How will she forgot that. She can’t stay in Lucknow. Farid asks her to contact him once she change her mind. Later, Mahid reveals to Seba that Seher gave the trial drug to Kaiz when his heart stopped beating. She did it to revive his heart. Seba is shocked to hear it. Mahid leaves from there to collect the discharge form. Seba asks the nurse to take Kaiz blood test. We have to monitor him. Insha inquires Seba about Kaiz’s condition.
Seba informs Insha that Seher given the trial drug to Kaiz. It’s not available in the market. Insha is shocked to hear it. She scolds Seba for it. Seba suggests her to give a complaint against Seher. She will deal with her. Meanwhile, Husna collecting the things. Haider asks her why she is doing this all? Husna tells him that she is waiting for a chance to ruin Mahid’s life. Haider tells her there is no chance waiting for them. They are already lost in it.
Husna tells him Wasim and his family left this house. She was helpless so she couldn’t take any move against Mahid.

As a doctor she want to monitor his condition.
Later, Seher meets Seba and reveal everything to her. Seba scolds her for taken a decision on her own without consulting with her senior doctor. She gives the termination letter to her. She shows Insha’s complaint paper to Seher. She makes sure Seher that she can’t get another job because of this termination letter. Her career is ruined. Seher calls Mahid to meet her.

Our take
Mahid and Seher meet in Kashmir after 7 years. Mahid couldn’t move on from Seher and still her words ringing on his head. She blamed Mahid for Kausar’s death. Seher whom became a doctor accidentally save Kaiz. She misunderstands Kaiz and Insha are Mahid’s family.
