The episode starts with Nawab getting Gulab’s call and he learns that his father has had a heart attack. Daler opens the door and she finds broken bangles out of the house.
Nawab arrives at the hospital and he learns from Gulab that Dilip is at OT. Gulab blames Heer and Nawab for Dilip’s condition and Gulab tells them that Dilip is paying the cost of their foolishness. Gulab tells them everything is thinking about them and Dilip is breaking on the other side. Gulab plays the victim card so that Heer and Nawab couldn’t tell the truth.
Jimmy and Richa come to meet Dilip and Nilu meets Heer regarding Dilip. Heer tells Nilu that the doctors are operating Dilip and Nilu tells Heer this time she should think about Dilip ji. Heer tells Nilu that Papa ji was not against them they why this happened.

Gulab tells Nawab not to tell the truth to Daler Chachi and just then the storm arrives at the hospital. Daler learns from the doctor they are doing best to treat Dilip and Sunny, Nawab tries to calm down Daler.
Daler steps in the ICU and she tries to wake up Dilip by her emotional warnings. Daler tells Dilip to wake up and Daler tells Nawab that Dilip is not listening to her. Daler tells Dilip she will not scold her and she requests him to wake up. Suddenly Dilip opens his eyes and Gulab tells the doctor to check. The doctor tells Everyone that Dilip is fine now and Nawab consoles Daler.
Daler tells everyone she handles this family properly and Dilip tells Daler she wants to tell her something. Dilip is about to speak up the truth but Nawab stops him and Nawab promises Daler to show his bride. Daler assures Nawab she will bring brides in queue and this disappoints Heer. Nawab goes after Heer and Nawab tells Heer to listen to him.
Daler comes to see Nawab and Nawab keeps requesting Heer. Daler didn’t find Nawab but they hide inside the ward and Heer tells Nawab he has decided to take the decision alone. Nawab tells Heer he will reject every girl and Heer tells Nawab he has changed. Nawab assures Heer he hasn’t changed and Heer is worried because the day is near he will choose his family instead of her. Heer gives back her bangles so that Dadi finds someone for him and she walks away.
Daler finds the same bangle in the hospital and she wants to know who the girl is.
Heer comes to meet Dilip and Dilip tells Heer he is fine now. Dilip asks Heer to come closer and Heer apologises to Dilip because he is suffering because of her. Dilip asks Heer to come and stop crying because she is not wrong. Heer tells Dilip she shouted at her and she doesn’t want to hurt her. Dilip tells Heer he should be sorry to her and Heer tells Dilip he got a heart attack because of them. Dilip tells Heer he got a heart attack because the income tax raid in the office and Heer thinks that Gulab has lied to them.
The next morning,Heer serves breakfast to everyone and Richa makes fun of Heer. Nawab sits for the breakfast and Gulab tells Daler that Sunny and Jimmy are with Dilip then they will go to meet Dilip. Daler yells at Heer for the tea and she warns Heer to stay away from Nawab. Heer tells Daler she is seeing girls for Nawab and she tells Daler that Mrs Brar has called someone for Nawab. Heer tells Daler that Dilip told her that someone is coming to see Nawab and they might reaching any moment. Nawab asks Heer what’s going on and Gulab thinks that Heer is upto.
The episode ends.
