The episode starts with Seher noticing Mahid with Insha. She feels heartbroken to see them together. Amal asks Seher how she is feeling now? Is she hurt to see Mahid here? Seher tells her she isn’t hurt. Mahid came here for his son’s treatment. What’s wrong in it? Amal is shocked to hear Mahid got married and Kaiz is his son. Seher tells her it’s been 7 years. He married to someone else. She is also moved on in her life. It won’t hurt her. Amal tells her she can clearly see the pain in her eyes. She can’t see Mahid with Insha. Seher asks her Is she know Mahid in Srinagar? Amal admits that she knew the truth. She doesn’t want to hurt Seher so she hide the truth from her.
Seher lies to Amal that Mahid presense won’t hurt her. She is already moved on in her life. He is here for treatment. It’s her duty treat him. Seher leaves from there. Meanwhile, Mahid consoles Insha. Seher feels hurt to see them together. Mahid says to Insha it’s his fault. He shouldn’t have taken Kaiz to hills. He fainted there. Insha tells him he isn’t wrong. He shouldn’t take the blame on himself. He wouldn’t have take Kaiz to the hill if he know something happen like this. It’s not his fault. Seher thinks that he got married why she is hiding from his sight. She shouldn’t do it. Meanwhile, Seba ignores Seher’s report and start the treatment to Kaiz.
Mahid notices Seher and get up. Seher asks him to leave her way. He asks her to go. She complaints to him that he is blocking her way. Insha inquires her about Kaiz’s state? Seher imforms her that he will be alright. Their son will survive this. Insha is about to say it’s a misunderstanding. Mahid tells her Kaiz is her son. Seher says to him he don’t need to explain anything. She can see everything clearly. Seher notices that Seba started the treatment to Kaiz. Seher tries to explain to her about the emergency drug. She ignores her and send her out of the ICU. Mahid notices it all.

Mahid and Seher meet in Kashmir after 7 years. Mahid couldn’t move on from Seher and still her words ringing on his head. She blamed Mahid for Kausar’s death. Seher whom became a doctor accidentally save Kaiz. She misunderstands Kaiz and Insha are Mahid’s family.
